The exchange rate is fixed manually following the 4th confirmation in the Bitcoin network during the working hours of the exchange office (Mon – Fri, 10:00 – 22:00, GMT+2).
The standard time of payment of the order is from 2 hours to 24 hours, the maximum time of payment of the order can be up to 72 hours.
All details on the receipt of funds will be sent to the e-mail address specified in the application after receipt of payment.
If the order is not paid, it automatically gets the status of deleted within 30 minutes. If you have paid for the request and it gets the status of deleted, contact support, to restore it.

The following cryptocurrency exchanges are used as oracle exchange: binance, bitexbit, whitebit, bitstamp, huobi. Fluctuations of the rate may vary from 1 to 5%, because we hedge the bids on the market. Be sure to take this information into account when calculating.
Attention! Before sending funds to the wallet specified by our service, you must personally make AML-check of your funds. Otherwise, in the risk zone of more than 45%, in general or by one of the flags, the transaction may be frozen.
