Rules by direction:
The rate is fixed manually following the 15 confirmation in the BSC network during the working hours of the exchange office (Mon – Fri, 10:00 – 22:00, GMT +2).
Orders are processed on average 5-15 minutes, the maximum payment time can be 4 hours.
If the order is not paid within 15 minutes, the status of the order is changed to deleted, if your order is deleted to restore contact the administrator @crybex_support.

Attention! Before sending funds to the wallet specified by our service, you must personally make AML-check of your funds. Otherwise, in the risk zone of more than 45%, in general or by one of the flags, the transaction may be frozen.
