The exchange rate is fixed manually following the 8100 confirmation in the Ethereum Classic network during the working hours of the exchange office (Mon – Fri, 10:00 – 22:00, GMT+2).
The standard time of payment of the application is from 20 minutes to 3 hours, the maximum time of payment of the application can be up to 24 hours.
If the request is not paid, within 30 minutes it automatically gets the status of deleted. If you have paid for the request and it gets the status of deleted, contact support , to restore it.

The following cryptocurrency exchanges are used as oracle exchange: binance, bitexbit, whitebit, bitstamp, huobi. Fluctuations of the rate may be from 1 to 5%, because we hedge bids on the market. Be sure to take this information into account when calculating.
