Exchange Rules:
To make the exchange you need to specify IBAN and full name, as the service can make payment using third-party payment systems.
1. Every transaction undergoes a mandatory automatic AML screening. If the risk level of incoming funds exceeds the established thresholds, the exchange is suspended, and the funds may be temporarily frozen until the AML/KYC procedure is completed in accordance with the AML/KYC Policy.
2. The user must be aware of the risks and be fully responsible for the cryptocurrency being sent; therefore, the user must verify the risk score before initiating the exchange, either independently or by contacting the Service’s customer support.
3. New order is active for 60 minutes; after that, the systеm automatically deletes it. The exchange rate is fixed during the service working hours after receiving the 10-th confirmation in the Ripple network. Details — fixing terms. If you have made the payment, but your order has been deleted, please contact the technical support service via a dialog box on the site or in Telegram.
4. Order payout time takes from 4 to 48 hours (during the working hours of the exchanger).
5. The exchanger uses the following cryptocurrency exchanges as a price oracle: binance.com, bitexbit.com, bitstamp.net, htx.com, 001kBot. Orders are hedged by market order.
