Exchange Rules:
1. All necessary information for cash exchange will be sent in a letter to the e-mail address specified in the application during the working hours of the service. This can take anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes.
2. Any information relating to the order can only be sent from the e-mail address of the exchanger.
3. A new request is active for 60 minutes; after that, the systеm automatically deletes it. The exchange rate is fixed after depositing cash at the cash desk at the moment of payment confirmation by the cashier. Details — fixing terms. If you have made the payment, but your order has been deleted, please contact the technical support service via a dialog box on the site or in Telegram.
4. Pay attention! The Ethereum Classic network charges a fee for payments in this direction. Fees are paid by the user and are not counted in the exchange rate.
5. The exchange uses the following cryptocurrency exchanges as a price oracle: binance.com, bitexbit.com, whitebit.com, bitstamp.net, huobi.com. Orders are hedged by market order.
