Rules by direction:
The rate is fixed manually following the 20 confirmation in the BNB Smart Chain network during the working hours of the exchange office (Mon – Fri, 10:00 – 22:00, GMT +2).
Orders are processed on average 5-15 minutes, the maximum payment time can be 4 hours.
If the order is not paid within 15 minutes, the status of the order is changed to deleted, if your order is deleted to restore contact the administrator @crybex_support.
In the case of payment to PrivatBank card “For payments” and “Internet card”, the bank may charge an additional fee for replenishment in the amount of 0.5%.
